For this wooded cul-de-sac home, TOV Siding & Roofing delivered a full exterior facelift that harmonizes with Mill Creek’s evergreen canopy. The lower story and gables are wrapped in James Hardie® board-and-batten panels factory-finished in “Woodland Sage,” while select dormer walls use complementary lap siding to break up the massing. Bright white window trim and new carriage-style garage doors pop against the earth-toned façade, adding cottage charm without sacrificing modern lines.
Up top, we installed CertainTeed Presidential TL® shake-style architectural shingles in “Autumn Blend,” offering the look of hand-split cedar with a 50-year limited warranty and superior moss resistance—critical beneath the tall Douglas firs that frame the lot. Seamless aluminum gutters, color-matched to the fascia, disappear into the shadow lines yet channel heavy Pacific Northwest rainfall away from the foundation.
Around back, we re-sheathed and painted the tall chimney chase in the same board-and-batten profile, then updated all soffits and corner boards with PVC trim for zero rot. The result is a cohesive, low-maintenance exterior that feels at home in the forest while boosting resale value in the competitive Snohomish County market.
