Invited by United Signature, TOV Siding & Roofing delivered the full exterior envelope for this slim North Seattle townhome. We wrapped the three-story structure in 24-gauge standing-seam steel panels finished in “Graphite,” then inserted vertical Hardie® Architectural Panels in “Bone White” to create a crisp color break and emphasize the home’s height.

At the street-facing balcony, we lined the soffit with clear cedar and installed matte-black steel railings that repeat on the 400-sq-ft rooftop deck. The deck itself sits atop a fully adhered TPO membrane tied into custom bent metal parapet caps for watertight performance and a 20-year system warranty.

All window and door openings feature black anodized metal trim with concealed fasteners, while our paint crew sealed the entry alcove and steel posts in a low-sheen charcoal urethane for long-term UV stability. The result is a rugged, low-maintenance envelope that stands up to Seattle’s wet winters and looks razor-sharp against the skyline.
